Wasabi

These little greens pack the spicy, pungent flavor of wasabi (the Japanese horseradish) making them an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys a bit of heat in their food.  High in vitamin C and rich in sulfur compounds and other antioxidants.

Add them to a salad, sandwich, or wrap for a little spicy kick. Great with sushi, or any meal that can use a little pepper or mustard flavour. Keep refrigerated.
