Late season carrots that have been sweetened by a touch of frost.  They can be baked, boiled, fried, or eaten raw.  Each method of preparation will bring a slightly different flavor profile so try them all.  Rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. Sold in a 3lb bag, wash before use and keep refrigerated.
