Stock Beets

Same great beets with the tops removed.  Earthy and sweet, these red beets will pair with just about anything.  They can be baked, boiled, fried, or eaten raw.  Each method of preparation will bring a slightly different flavor profile so try them all.  Rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. Sold in a 3lb bag, wash before use and keep refrigerated.
