A sweet and fresh taste, reminiscent of spring sugar peas.  Nutritional powerhouses, high in vitamins A, C, and K, rich in calcium, iron, and magnesium, they also contain antioxidant compounds.

Commonly used in salads, sandwiches, and wraps. They can also be added to meals, and smoothies, for that fresh and mild falvour. Keep refrigerated.
