Onions

A mix of red and yellow medium-sized onions. Onions have many culinary uses.  Drop them on your eggs or salad, great in soups and stir-fries; that onion flavour can complement almost anything.  Very high in vitamins C, and K; also high in antioxidants, flavonoids, and sulfur compounds.
