Sharp, peppery flavour, that can add a spicy kick to any dish.  High in vitamins A, C, and K, rich in calcium, iron, and potassium, they also contain antioxidant compounds.

Commonly used in salads, sandwiches, and wraps. They can also be added to meals, and smoothies, for that fresh peppery kick. Keep refrigerated.
