Arugula

Peppery flavour similar to mature arugula, only stronger.  High in vitamins A, C, and K, rich in calcium, iron, and magnesium, they also contain antioxidant compounds.

Commonly used in salads, sandwiches, and wraps. They can also be added to meals, and smoothies, for that fresh peppery kick.  Keep refrigerated.
